As our first time at this beautiful establishment, we were extremely satisfied. From the amazing waiter, Miguel with his friendly and quick service, the delicious strawberry matcha, and perfect pastries and food… we were very happy with our visit. We highly recommend and will be returning.

Great experience overall, fast service and good vibes all around. Miguel was our server, super friendly and helpful. Coffees were great, aguas frescas amazing and blueberry matcha 10/10

Went for breakfast. Limited but decent options in the menu. Beautiful and nice place. Small and cozy atmosphere. Maybe they should consider revamping the protein pancake mix recipe. They were not very appealing and super dry. Healthier options are not meant to feel like one is chewing paper, that was so 1990s. There are better ingredients that are protein packed that taste delicious and are calorie and carb friendly. Party of 4 w coffee drinks, our bill was $120. ***Tip there is an extra charge when using your credit card. Personally, I have been to many states and countries and here in the valley more so, these credit card use charge are most prominent and ridiculous. Most importantly, they did not post it like many other businesses....they should advice customers as we enter in the premise. I rather they use that extra charge $$ to add in the tipping for the servers, etc. 🤷

Casa Jardín – A Beautiful Sunday Brunch Spot Stopped in on a Sunday and was immediately impressed by the atmosphere — the place is beautifully decorated and the ambiance really sets the mood for a relaxing meal. The food was very good and lived up to the setting. The cocktails, however, could use a little refinement — there’s room to grow there, but it didn’t take away from an overall enjoyable experience. Worth a visit!

We visited Casa Jardín in Edinburg for the very first time, and it absolutely blew us away! From the moment you walk into this hidden oasis on Trenton Road, you are greeted by the most beautiful, garden-inspired decor. The modern farmhouse aesthetic mixed with vibrant floral touches makes the entire space incredibly charming, bright, and picture-perfect.For our first experience, we ordered a mix of savory and sweet dishes, and everything was outstanding. The Bagel con Salmón was exceptionally fresh, stacked perfectly with smoked salmon, rich cream cheese, capers, fresh tomato, and arugula. The Avocado Toast was another huge hit—served on beautifully toasted bread and packed with flavor. To balance out the savory, we also shared the Jardín Pancakes, which were incredibly fluffy, perfectly sweet, and came beautifully presented. We paired everything with hot, expertly crafted lattes that were smooth, rich, and hit the absolute spot.What truly elevated our visit, though, was the top-tier customer service. The staff was genuinely attentive, kind, and fast, making us feel completely welcome on our very first visit.Casa Jardín has easily earned a spot as our new favorite brunch destination in the RGV. We are already planning our next trip back!

Great little spot on a corner in a shopping plaza. Very nice decorations cute. Very girly and cute. Great spot for brunch and mimosas. They had drinks as well as a coffee bar and amazing coffee. I had one of the breakfast tacos with chorizo and beans. It was good. Nothing unique or different about it. It was a little bit greasy. It was tasty. My friend had the cheeseburger. He States it was a no frills type of burger. Pretty simple but good flavor and good quality. Also had the green chilaquiles which were probably the best thing that we had that morning. Will definitely come back to try the pastries.

Amazing experience overall. The food was really good, and our waiter was great the entire time. He was very friendly, attentive, and took the time to explain everything in detail whenever we had questions. The service made the experience even better. Would definitely come back.

We came here for lunch and it was absolutely amazing and the service was 10000/10!! I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place for good drinks and food. Also shout out to Julio Sosa for the best drinks!!

Amazing brunch experience! Very flavorful sauces for enchiladas; just a little bit of a kick but not bad! Creme cheese on croissant not sweet at all. The berrymood smoothie had a cookie crumble; a bit sweet for my taste but overall very delicious meal. Thank you!
